- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle lemon juice over the dish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
