  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Add bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Cook for another 8 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle feta cheese and drizzle lemon juice over the dish.
