Ingredients

- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Dip each ravioli in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray ravioli with olive oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use frozen ravioli if fresh isn’t available – no need to thaw.
- For extra crispiness, spray ravioli lightly with oil before frying.
- Double the batch for parties – they disappear quickly.
