Description
A quick and easy recipe for mince pie fudge made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 400g white chocolate, chopped
- 397g can condensed milk
- 100g mincemeat
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 50g icing sugar
Instructions
- Line a small baking tin with parchment paper.
- Place chocolate and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in mincemeat and mixed spice.
- Pour into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Dust with icing sugar before cutting into squares.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
