Ingredients

  • 100g mincemeat
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 50g icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Place chocolate and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  4. Mix in mincemeat and mixed spice.
  5. Pour into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  7. Dust with icing sugar before cutting into squares.
