Description

Make these easy mini cheesecakes in your air fryer for a quick and delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional for topping)
  • Fresh berries (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Place a vanilla wafer in each silicone cupcake liner.
  5. Pour cheesecake batter over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
  6. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until set.
  7. Cool completely before serving.
  8. Top with sour cream and berries if desired.
