Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, diced
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
Instructions
- Mix flour and butter until crumbly.
- Add water and knead into a dough.
- Roll dough thin and cut into small circles.
- Fill each circle with the meat mixture.
- Fold and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Let dough rest for 15 minutes before rolling.
- Use a fork to crimp edges for a tight seal.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
