Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in cheese, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
- Pour mixture into silicone muffin cups or greased ramekins.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
