Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cheese, bell peppers, onions, and spinach.
  4. Pour mixture into silicone muffin cups or greased ramekins.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until set and lightly golden.
