Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 mini tart shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Fill tart shells with the mixture.
  4. Place tarts in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool before serving.
