Description

Crispy air fryer mini tacos filled with flavorful chili beef, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 mini flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then fold.
  6. Brush tacos with olive oil.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Cook tacos for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
  9. Serve immediately.

  • Use lean beef for less grease.
