Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 mini flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then fold.
- Brush tacos with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook tacos for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean beef for less grease.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
