Ingredients

- 1 medium acorn squash
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Slice each half into 1-inch thick wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, miso paste, maple syrup, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the squash wedges evenly with the miso butter mixture.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.

- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after air frying.
