- 4 ears of corn, cut into ribs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, miso paste, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Coat the corn ribs evenly with the miso butter mixture.
- Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Cut corn lengthwise into quarters for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
