- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and brush the glaze evenly on both sides.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
