  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix miso paste, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry and brush the glaze evenly on both sides.
