Instructions
- Mix mochiko, water, and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Cover and microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Repeat until thick and sticky.
- Dust a surface with cornstarch and roll the dough into small balls.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly brush the mochi balls with vegetable oil.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
