Instructions
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
- Coat the mushrooms evenly with the marinade.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
