Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
  3. Coat the mushrooms evenly with the marinade.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
