Description
Crispy, spicy Nashville hot chicken sliders made easy in the air fryer. Perfect for game day or a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 8 slider buns
- Pickles for serving
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook chicken in batches for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Mix hot sauce, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Toss cooked chicken in the hot sauce mixture.
- Assemble sliders with chicken and pickles on buns.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes after cooking for crispier texture.
- Serve with extra hot sauce on the side.
