Description

A quick and easy banana bread recipe with Nutella swirls, made in an air fryer for a moist and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter, then swirl with a knife.
  6. Add the remaining batter and repeat the Nutella swirl.
  7. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
