A quick and easy banana bread recipe with Nutella swirls, made in an air fryer for a moist and delicious treat.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter, then swirl with a knife.
- Add the remaining batter and repeat the Nutella swirl.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
