Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with a gooey Nutella center.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
- Add Nutella in the center, then cover with the remaining batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a toothpick to check doneness—it should come out mostly clean.
- Serve warm for the best lava effect.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
