A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with a gooey Nutella center.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour half the batter into a greased ramekin.
  5. Add Nutella in the center, then cover with the remaining batter.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
  7. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check doneness—it should come out mostly clean.
  • Serve warm for the best lava effect.
