Description
Crispy, flaky turnovers filled with warm Nutella, made easy with an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 squares.
- Spread 1-2 tbsp Nutella on each square, leaving space at the edges.
- Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Don’t overfill with Nutella to prevent leaks.
- Keep an eye on them during cooking as air fryers vary.
- Best served warm.
