Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Check cookies halfway to avoid burning.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Substitute honey for brown sugar if preferred.
