A quick and easy dessert made with Oreos in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix crushed Oreos, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased skillet.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a 6-inch skillet for best results.
- Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Top with ice cream for extra flavor.
