A quick and easy air fryer paneer tikka recipe with bold flavors and crispy edges.
Ingredients

- 200g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 bell pepper, cubed (optional)
- 1 onion, cubed (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes (and optional veggies) to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- Arrange marinated paneer in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use firm paneer to prevent crumbling.
- Skewer paneer and veggies for a traditional look.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
