Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed (optional)
  • 1 onion, cubed (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, oil, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes (and optional veggies) to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange marinated paneer in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
