- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil.
- Add parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place florets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
