Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
  4. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
