  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.

  5. Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
