- 4 boneless pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Check pork chops with a meat thermometer for doneness.
