Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  4. Dip each turkey cutlet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly brush both sides of each cutlet with olive oil.
  6. Place cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.
