- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each turkey cutlet in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated cutlets in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
- Adjust cooking time based on cutlet thickness.
