Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each turkey cutlet in beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the coated cutlets in the air fryer in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
