Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, oats, honey, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use natural peanut butter for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the mixture.
