Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the banana into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- Spread peanut butter on half of the banana slices and top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
- Roll each banana bite in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
- Place bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas to prevent mushiness.
- For extra crunch, lightly spray bites with oil before air frying.
