- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a greased baking pan.
- Air fry the crust for 8 minutes until lightly golden.
- Combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, vanilla, and salt for the filling.
- Pour filling over the crust and air fry for 12-15 minutes until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Check bars early to avoid over-browning.
