- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F.
- Mix brownie mix, water, oil, and egg until combined.
- Pour batter into greased baking dish.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Melt white chocolate chips and stir in peppermint extract.
- Spread melted chocolate over cooled brownies.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Let set before cutting.
