Description
Crispy cocoa cookies with a hint of peppermint, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and peppermint extract to the butter mixture.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in crushed peppermint candies.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
