Crispy cocoa cookies with a hint of peppermint, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and peppermint extract to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in crushed peppermint candies.
  7. Scoop dough into small balls and place in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm.
  9. Let cool before serving.
