Ingredients

- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry cod fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread pesto evenly over each fillet.
- Mix panko with olive oil and press onto the pesto layer.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
