- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spread pesto evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the pesto.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
