Description

Juicy chicken breasts topped with pesto and wrapped in crispy prosciutto, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread 1 tbsp pesto on each chicken breast.
  4. Wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around each chicken breast.
  5. Brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
