- 4 slices prosciutto
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Spread 1 tbsp pesto on each chicken breast.
- Wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around each chicken breast.
- Brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
