Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll pizza dough and cut into 8 equal strips.
  3. Place a small amount of cheese and pepperoni in the center of each strip.
  4. Roll the dough into knots, sealing the edges.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Brush the knots with the butter mixture.
  7. Arrange knots in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
