A quick and easy recipe for making pizza-stuffed portobello mushrooms using an air fryer.

- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
