Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. Coat pork belly slices with the glaze.
  4. Place pork belly in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes.
  6. Check crispiness and cook longer if needed.
