Description
Make crispy air fryer pork belly with a sweet Christmas glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb pork belly, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
- Coat pork belly slices with the glaze.
- Place pork belly in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flip, then cook another 10 minutes.
- Check crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot.
