Juicy pork chops stuffed with sweet apples and cooked in an air fryer for a quick, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Mix diced apple, breadcrumbs, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each pork chop with the apple mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season the outside of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
