- 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Mix diced apple, breadcrumbs, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stuff each pork chop with the apple mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Season the outside of the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use a sharp knife to cut pockets in pork chops.
