Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, then coat evenly with the coffee rub.
  4. Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
