A flavorful and easy air fryer pork tenderloin with a coffee rub.
Ingredients

- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground coffee, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, then coat evenly with the coffee rub.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use freshly ground coffee for best flavor.
- Adjust cook time based on thickness of the tenderloin.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
