- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the marinade over both sides of the mushrooms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toast the buns if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings.
