- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thick rounds.
- Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain and let cool.
- Mix garlic, butter, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the butter mixture between potato slices and press them together.
- Dip the potato stacks in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
- Lightly brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.

- Use russet potatoes for best results.
- Ensure the butter is cold for easy handling.
- Check crispiness after 10 minutes to avoid burning.
