Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thick rounds.
  3. Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then drain and let cool.
  4. Mix garlic, butter, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Spread the butter mixture between potato slices and press them together.
  6. Dip the potato stacks in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  7. Lightly brush with olive oil.
  8. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot.
