Instructions

- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
