Description
Crispy prawns cooked in an air fryer served with a spicy green chilli sauce.
Ingredients

- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- For the green chilli sauce: 2 green chillies, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt, salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Toss prawns with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place prawns in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Blend green chillies, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt to make the sauce.
- Serve prawns hot with the green chilli sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust chilli quantity based on your spice preference.
- Use fresh prawns for best results.
