Crispy prawns cooked in an air fryer served with a spicy green chilli sauce.


Ingredients

  • 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • For the green chilli sauce: 2 green chillies, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt, salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.
  2. Toss prawns with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place prawns in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Blend green chillies, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt to make the sauce.
  6. Serve prawns hot with the green chilli sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Adjust chilli quantity based on your spice preference.
  • Use fresh prawns for best results.
