- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp rosemary (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub prime rib with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Place roast in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 20 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook for another 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Use a meat thermometer for accurate doneness.
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller roasts.
