A quick and easy recipe for crispy prosciutto-wrapped asparagus made in the air fryer.

- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide asparagus into 6 bundles of 2 spears each.
- Wrap each bundle with a slice of prosciutto.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until prosciutto is crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Choose thick asparagus spears for best results.
- Check at 8 minutes to avoid overcooking.
- Add parmesan cheese for extra flavor if desired.
