- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Cut each slice of bread into 3 sticks.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip each bread stick into the mixture, coating evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the coated bread sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
