Ingredients

- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add egg and almond milk, then stir until smooth.
- Place mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
