Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add egg white and almond milk, stirring until smooth.
- Place the mug in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until firm.
- Let cool slightly before eating.
