Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- Knead until a dough forms. Shape into small bagels.
- Brush with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
