Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter taste, add more maple syrup.
- Use a cookie scoop for even-sized truffles.
