Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until firm.
  7. Let cool before serving.
