Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the batter for a tender cake.
  • Check cake at 20 minutes to avoid overbaking.
